The quarter that makes the next one better

At day 90, resist the urge to immediately leap into the next goal. The close-out is where the real learning lives, and skipping it means repeating the same mistakes next quarter.

Your close-out review

  • Did I achieve the goal? Fully, partly, or not — and why?
  • What worked? Which habits, times, and tactics actually moved the needle?
  • What will I carry forward? Keep what worked; drop what didn’t.

Then connect it to the bigger picture. A single 90-day goal is a short-term sprint, but four of them a year, pointed in the same direction, become serious long-term change. Ask how this quarter’s result feeds the life you’re actually building.

Finally, choose your next primary goal using everything Module 1 taught you — and begin again, a little wiser than last time. This is the loop that, repeated, quietly reshapes a life.
