The quiet kind of lost

This is the disorientation that doesn’t show up in your circumstances. On paper, things are fine — maybe even good. But inside, there’s a persistent sense of drift, a “is this it?” that you can’t quite explain or justify.

That feeling is not ingratitude and it’s not a crisis. It’s usually a signal that you’ve been living by momentum — making decisions that made sense years ago — without checking whether they still fit who you’ve become.

What the feeling is telling you

  • You’ve outgrown a version of your life that still looks correct from outside.
  • You’ve been meeting everyone’s expectations except your own.
  • You’ve lost contact with what genuinely matters to you, underneath the shoulds.

Feeling lost is uncomfortable, but it’s also the beginning of finding your way. You can’t redirect a life you haven’t honestly examined. This course is that examination — done gently, on purpose.
