Bring purpose into an ordinary calendar

Purpose isn’t something you’ll live “someday” when conditions are perfect. It’s something you can bring into the next 30 days, in small deliberate doses, inside the life you already have.

Look at your upcoming month and ask: where can I add one thing that moves me toward my purpose, and where can I subtract one thing that pulls me away? Small reallocations compound.

Make it concrete

  • Block time for the experiment you designed in the last lesson.
  • Add one recurring activity that expresses a core value.
  • Remove or reduce one commitment that consistently drains you.

A vision board or a written month-on-a-page can help keep the direction visible, so daily busyness doesn’t quietly erase it. The goal isn’t a dramatic life overhaul — it’s steady, visible alignment that you can actually sustain.
