Turning readiness into a dated plan

By now you’ve assessed readiness and started closing gaps. A plan turns all of that into specific, dated action — so the transition becomes a project with milestones instead of an open-ended hope.

Build the 90 days

  • Days 1–30: research, conversations, and one piece of proof started.
  • Days 31–60: skill gaps addressed, network activated, direction sharpened.
  • Days 61–90: first concrete moves — applications, pitches, or a pilot.

Keep it realistic for a life that still has a current job and responsibilities. Don’t resign anything yet; build the bridge first. Review weekly and adjust — a plan is a living document, not a one-time declaration. The point is momentum you can see.
