Decide once, benefit all week

Most poor food choices happen in moments of low energy and no plan — tired, hungry, nothing ready. A little preparation removes those moments by deciding in advance, when you have the capacity to choose well.

Prep without it taking over your weekend

  • Prep components (grains, proteins, chopped veg), not rigid full meals — more flexible.
  • Start small: one or two meals or snacks, not the entire week.
  • Keep healthy defaults visible and ready; make the good choice the easy choice.
  • Have a simple back-up meal for the days the plan falls apart.

The aim isn’t rigid Sunday-to-Friday regimentation — it’s reducing the number of decisions you make while depleted. When nourishing food is already there, eating well requires no willpower. A couple of hours of prep quietly protects a whole week of choices.
